Warranty, Returns & Legal Disclaimer

Welcome to The Water Woman. By purchasing products or services from The Water Woman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Warranty, Returns & Legal Disclaimer.

1. Sales Policy

All sales are considered final once the equipment has been installed or special-order products have been purchased for the customer.

Because every water treatment system is selected according to the customer's home, water quality, and specific needs, The Water Woman does not accept returns or issue refunds after installation, except where required by applicable law.

If a customer cancels an order before installation, any refund may be subject to administrative fees, restocking fees, or charges for products that have already been ordered or custom prepared.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

All equipment warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer of the selected water treatment system.

The Water Woman is an authorized dealer and professional installer but does not provide any additional manufacturer warranty beyond the warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Warranty terms, duration, exclusions, and claim approval are determined solely by the manufacturer.

3. Warranty Assistance

If you experience a problem that may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact The Water Woman.

We will gladly assist you in coordinating the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Final approval for warranty coverage, repairs, or product replacement remains solely at the manufacturer's discretion.

4. Installation Workmanship Warranty

The Water Woman warrants the quality of its installation workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the installation date.

This warranty covers defects directly related to the original installation performed by The Water Woman.

If, within the first few months after installation, the customer notices a minor leak or has concerns that may be related to the original installation, The Water Woman may, at its sole discretion, provide one complimentary inspection visit, including transportation, to verify that the system remains installed as originally completed.

This courtesy inspection is intended to confirm that:

All installation connections remain secure.
No fittings have loosened due to normal settling or vibration.
The system continues to operate as originally installed.

This warranty and complimentary inspection do not apply if the system has been:

Moved.
Disconnected.
Altered.
Repaired.
Modified by the customer or any third party.
Subjected to plumbing changes after installation.

This warranty also excludes damage caused by:

Misuse.
Neglect.
Improper maintenance.
Freezing.
Flooding.
Fire.
Lightning.
Power surges.
Accidents.
Acts of God.
Any external cause beyond The Water Woman's control.

If the inspection determines that the issue is not related to the original installation or is the result of customer or third-party modifications, additional repairs or service visits may be subject to standard labor, transportation, and service charges.

5. Service Calls

Service visits that are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty or the installation workmanship warranty may be subject to diagnostic, labor, transportation, and applicable service fees.

6. Product Performance

Water treatment results vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:

Source water quality.
Municipal water treatment changes.
Well water conditions.
Water chemistry.
Customer maintenance.
Water usage.

The Water Woman cannot guarantee identical performance or water quality results for every installation.

7. Free Water Consultation Disclaimer

The complimentary water consultation and water testing provided by The Water Woman are educational services intended to help homeowners better understand the quality of their household water.

These tests are not laboratory-certified analyses and should not be interpreted as official laboratory reports.

8. Health Disclaimer

Information provided on this website, during consultations, or through marketing materials is intended solely for educational purposes.

The Water Woman does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Customers should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns.

9. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices, financing programs, product availability, promotions, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Quotes are valid only for the period specified on the written proposal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Water Woman's liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of products or services determined to be covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty or the installation workmanship warranty.

The Water Woman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or performance of any product or service provided.

While every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and current, The Water Woman does not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, product specifications, or technical information are complete, current, or error-free.

The Water Woman reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.
